Who we are
These Terms are an agreement between you and Keylective LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 7901 4th St N #36631, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Questions go to support@keylective.com. By creating an account or using Keylective you accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice.
Purpose and professional role
Keylective is software for professional relationship management, client coordination, introductions and user-prepared marketing, with free accounts that let buyers, sellers and renters follow their own home journey. It does not act as a lender, real estate brokerage, law firm, investment advisor, tax preparer or credit repair provider. Its private loan-officer tools help professionals keep mortgage working notes. A client brief, quick notes or detailed notes in Keylective is not a lender application. Keylective does not submit an application to a lender, pull credit, make credit decisions or replace the lender’s approved application process. It does not provide financing commitments, tax filings or individualized financial advice.
Attorney, credit specialist and title agent tools organize private professional checklists and user-entered follow-up dates. A recorded checkpoint does not perform a conflict search, create an engagement agreement, verify a credential, submit a credit dispute or predict a credit score or lending outcome. Keep legal documents, credit reports and sensitive case details in your organization’s approved systems. Dates and status are entered by the professional.
Buyer, seller and renter accounts
A buyer, seller or renter account is free and is for your own home purchase, sale, rental or refinance. You must be at least 18 years old to create one.
Keylective is not your real estate agent, lender, attorney, credit counselor or title agent. It does not give financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Payment estimates, checklists and suggested questions are general information to discuss with your own professionals; they are not an offer, approval, rate quote or commitment.
Professionals on Keylective are independent businesses that choose to be listed. Keylective does not employ, endorse or verify them, so check a professional’s license and suitability yourself. Your agreements, fees, applications and documents are between you and each professional. Keylective does not rank professionals, accept payment for placement or introductions, or pay or receive referral fees. You are free to choose any professional, on Keylective or not.
A saved progress page belongs to the professional who shared it. They can stop or replace its link at any time, and the page then leaves your account. Keep your account and page links to yourself. Do not send loan or rental applications, financial documents, Social Security numbers or other identity numbers through Keylective; your lender or landlord has its own secure process for those.
You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it removes your saved pages; messages you sent stay with the professionals who received them.
Accounts and accurate profiles
Use accurate account and professional details, safeguard your credentials and follow your employer’s approved systems. Directory credentials are self-reported. Verify each provider’s license, authority and suitability independently. Do not misrepresent credentials, affiliation or company approval.
Client data and introductions
Collect and use only information you are authorized to handle. Do not enter SSNs, birth dates, account numbers, credit reports or tax returns in network records. Obtain permission and satisfy notices, opt-outs, consent and firm requirements before sharing. An introduction checkbox records your attestation, not a client signature or a universal legal consent.
Shared briefs are limited to the selected fields and intended account. A recipient who accepts keeps an independent copy. Expiry and withdrawal end future access to the shared brief but cannot recall information already seen. Delete or retain your records in accordance with applicable obligations.
A Key Circle handoff records responsibility for a next action within one accepted introduction. The recipient must accept a proposed handoff before the key changes hands. Accepting an introduction or a key action does not establish legal representation or grant access to other partners’ private records. A new introduction to another professional requires a separate review of the recipient, shared fields and client permission.
Independent choice and referral arrangements
Clients remain free to choose any provider. Do not use this service to arrange unlawful referral payments, kickbacks, paid steering, required provider use or discriminatory treatment. Network access is not conditioned on introductions or closings. Keylective charges no referral commissions and sells no directory rankings or placement.
Co-branded marketing
You must have rights to listing content, images and branding and obtain required approvals from every participating firm. You are responsible for accurate property information, licensing identifiers, disclosures, fair-housing and advertising requirements. Review exported files before use. Any paid co-marketing arrangement requires its own lawful structure, services and cost review. Approval checkboxes do not establish legal compliance.
Company links and external services
Save only public HTTPS links approved by your firm. Do not enter URLs containing credentials or private client identifiers. Third-party application, booking and business websites operate under their own terms. Verify links before sending. Client-facing email and copy functions prepare drafts; users decide whether to send and must separately confirm any reported activity. In-app notifications and, when available and enabled, generic account notification emails report recorded collaboration activity. They do not prove client contact, link delivery, application progress or a lender decision. Notification preferences do not replace any consent required to contact a client.
Plans and billing
Free plan. Every professional can use Keylective on the free plan, with no card and no time limit. It includes all client work, introductions, My network, client progress pages, the standard digital card, letters and flyers. It also includes 3 AI uses and 1 open house each calendar month, and one client progress page on at a time; unused uses do not carry over.
Paid plans. Pro costs $49 a month and adds unlimited AI, open houses and progress pages, sending contacts to your CRM, card share-back and your own brand on your card. Premier costs $99 a month, is offered to loan officers, attorneys and title agents, and adds automatic updates (a private link your own CRM, Zapier, Make or Encompass can use to update your own clients) and records export. Team costs $199 a month for up to five people at one company or office, includes Premier’s tools, and is arranged directly with Keylective, not sold online.
Your own account. A plan covers only your own account. Keylective does not accept payment from one professional for another professional’s plan. Prices are in US dollars per account; taxes are added where required.
Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize Keylective, through Stripe, to charge your payment method each month at the price then in effect.
Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from your account page, where Manage existing billing opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to the free plan with your records intact.
Refunds and failed payments. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires. If a payment fails, Stripe may try again; while a payment is past due, your account uses the free plan.
Price and plan changes. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change, and it applies from your next billing period after that notice. You can cancel before it applies. We describe any change to what a plan includes before it affects a plan you pay for.
Fair use. Unlimited AI is subject to fair use of 1,000 AI uses per account each month. We may limit use that looks automated or abusive.
No paid referrals. No plan buys introductions, clients, referrals or placement. No plan changes who gets introduced, rankings, or where anyone appears in Discover or Find your home team. Keylective charges no per-referral or per-closing fee.
Earlier subscriptions. Customers with an earlier lender subscription keep it under the terms they accepted, have Pro’s tools while it is active, and can manage or cancel it from their account.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not use the service for deception, discrimination, unlawful disclosure, unauthorized access, malware, harassment or interference. Profiles, photos, messages, introductions and other shared content must be appropriate for professional use. Do not upload, display or send nudity, sexually explicit content, graphic violence, threats, hateful abuse, exploitation of children or other unlawful content.
Report objectionable content or users using Report in the app or contact support@keylective.com. You can block a professional from their profile or conversation.
Features and limits may change. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law; maintain records your firm requires independently.
Deletion
Account deletion removes workspace access and app records, subject to applicable security, billing, provider and legal retention. Accepted records held by another professional are independent. Cancel any active subscription from your account before requesting deletion.
Liability and disputes
Keylective is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Keylective records what professionals and their automations enter; it does not verify that information and is not responsible for decisions made on it.
To the extent the law allows, Keylective LLC’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Keylective in the twelve months before the claim, and Keylective is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. You are responsible for the information you enter and share and for using the service lawfully.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, and you may close yours at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes are brought in the state or federal courts for Pinellas County, Florida, unless the law gives you a different right. Notices from Keylective go to your account email.
Review and updates
These product policies do not replace employer approval, legal advice, required registrations or an information-security program. Updated terms will carry a new effective date. See the Privacy Notice and sharing standards.
